Research and Publications

  • Research program in election law, constitutional history/theory/design, the history of political thought, democratic equality, federalism, and comparative constitutions
  • Scholarship on contemporary election law and American constitutional development has been published, or is forthcoming, in journals such as PUBLIUS: THE JOURNAL OF FEDERALISM and the
    FORDHAM LAW REVIEW. A book manuscript, OUR EIGHTEENTH-CENTURY ELECTION LAW, and article submissions in the history of political thought and applied democratic theory are in progress.
